Shipping policy

Overview

At Events By Singh, every order is custom-made to your specifications. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order, as production and delivery timelines vary based on your location and the nature of your order.


Production Time

All products are made to order. Production begins only after your design has been approved by you. Please allow approximately 3 weeks from design approval for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment or installation.

We will not proceed to production without your explicit sign-off on the final design, so we encourage you to review proofs promptly to avoid delays ahead of your event date.


California β€” Professional Installation

For customers located in North California, we offer professional on-site installation. Once your order is produced, we will contact you to schedule an installation date and time that works for your event. Delivery and setup will be included as part of the service for North California customers that require installations. Please contact us at the time of ordering to confirm your location and event date so we can plan accordingly.


United States β€” Shipping

For customers outside of California, we ship anywhere in the United States. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery on top of the 3-week production time.

All orders are shipped via a tracked carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Events By Singh is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been handed over for shipment.

Estimated total timeline for shipped orders:

  • Design approval to dispatch: approximately 3 weeks
  • Delivery after dispatch: 5–7 business days
  • Total estimated time from design approval to delivery: approximately 4 weeks

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be confirmed when you receive your quote. Shipping costs will always be communicated to you before your order is finalized.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We serve customers throughout the United States only.


Rush Orders

If you have an upcoming event and need your order sooner than our standard production timeline, please contact us directly before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests, though rush orders may be subject to additional fees and are not guaranteed.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or credit depending on the circumstances.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made products, as each item is produced specifically for your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.
