Refund policy

Overview

At Events By Singh, every product we make is custom-created specifically for you β€” designed, printed, and produced to your exact specifications. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders. We encourage you to review all proofs carefully before approving production, as this is your opportunity to confirm that every detail is exactly right.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of our work. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.


No Returns on Custom Products

All of our products β€” including dance floor wraps, acrylic signage, invitations, name signs, seating charts, and all other custom items β€” are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun. This applies regardless of the reason, including change of mind, change of event plans, or no longer needing the item.

We strongly recommend reviewing your quote, design proof, and order details carefully before giving your approval to proceed.


Design Approval

Before any order goes into production, we send you a digital proof for your review and approval. By approving the proof, you are confirming that all details β€” including names, dates, sizing, colors, and design layout β€” are correct.

Events By Singh is not responsible for errors in the final product that were present and approved in the proof, including spelling, dates, sizing, or color choices.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or contains a production defect that was not present in the approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Your order number

Upon review, if the damage or defect is confirmed to be our fault or the fault of the carrier, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • A full replacement at no additional cost
  • A store credit toward a future order
  • A partial or full refund depending on the circumstances

We will not offer replacements or refunds for items that were damaged after delivery or during installation if installation was performed by the customer.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your approved design proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will reprint and reship the correct item at no charge.

If the item matches the approved proof but you feel it looks different in person than expected (color variation, finish appearance, etc.), this does not qualify as an incorrect order. Minor color variations between digital proofs and printed products are normal and are not grounds for a replacement.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge only before design work has begun. Once a design proof has been created and sent to you, a design fee may apply to cover the work already completed. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Rentals β€” 360 Overhead Sky Photo Booth

Rental bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a credit toward a future booking
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original event date
